he Light-weight design with third-wheel fold under capability

The picture on the web page shows a sturdy looking two pipe frame. However the cart I received is a single square aluminum pipe frame. So I was somewhat disappointed when I received the cart. I should have read the description more closely. It fairly accurately describes the design.
